"Art is important becuase it has all of the math, reading, writing, and it is theraputic." Mr. King highlighted why art is so important for everyone when I interviewed him. Mr. King made time to meet with me to share a little bit about himself with everyone at LMS.

Mr.King's  favorite art style is comic book art, and his favorite artists are Leondardo DaVinci, Jacob Lawrence, and Michelangelo. His favorite master piece is Lichtenstein's Whaam Art, which is a comic style piece of art.

Mr.King has been teaching for 21years, and his favorite projects for each grade are:
6th: pottery

If you were wondering about some of Mr. King's favorites that are not art related, he loves pork chops, eggplant, and lasgagna! His favorite movie is The Lion King, and his favorite candy that you might find him snacking on during his favorite movie is Twizzlers. Finally, if Mr. King could pick any superpower to have, he would pick flying so he could skip traffic 😂.
