What is SEL? SEL stands for social and emotional learning and is the process through which children and adults comprehend and manage their emotions, set and accomplish goals, feel and show empathy towards others and maintain positive heathy relationships and make responsible decisions. Social and emotional learning plays a critical role in the success of all students.
The focus of the lessons will be broken down into 5 components. Please check back frequently for more updates on SEL and additional resources.
