These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lukos Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Stakko mobile app ("Stakko" or the "App"). By downloading or using Stakko, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stakko for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Stakko is free to play. Stakko+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features (including all themes, unlimited hints, and the full daily archive).
Pricing: Stakko+ is offered at $3.99 per month or $24.99 per year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before you buy. A free trial may be offered; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Managing and canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies; we are generally unable to issue refunds directly.
All purchases are also subject to Apple's standard licensed application terms (see "Apple" below).
Themes, unlocks, hints, and other in-app content have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may change or become unavailable over time. Your license to such content is governed by these Terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; not to use cheats, automation, or exploits that interfere with fair play or the App's operation; and not to use the App in any unlawful way or in violation of these Terms.
Stakko, including its name, design, artwork, code, and content, is owned by Lukos Apps LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
Stakko is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lukos Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of Stakko after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are between you and Lukos Apps LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local law requires otherwise.
