This Privacy Policy explains how Lukos Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Stakko mobile app ("Stakko" or the "App"). By using Stakko, you agree to the practices described here.
We built Stakko to collect as little personal information as possible. Most of your data — your stats, streaks, and settings — lives on your own device and, if you use iCloud, in your personal iCloud account. We do not run our own servers that store your personal information.
Game data (stored on your device and your iCloud). Your progress, scores, streaks, completed daily challenges, unlocked themes, and settings are saved on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, this data may sync across your devices through Apple's iCloud service using your personal Apple account. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Purchase information. If you subscribe to Stakko+, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that a valid subscription exists so we can unlock features, but we never receive or store your name, credit card, or payment details. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Game Center (optional). If you use leaderboards, your ranking is handled by Apple Game Center under your Apple account. This is optional and controlled by your device settings.
Advertising data. Stakko shows ads to players on the free tier through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and its mediated advertising partners. To serve and measure ads, these partners may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device type and operating system, general location derived from your IP, and interactions with ads. If you do not grant tracking permission (see below), advertising is served without the IDFA and is less personalized.
App Tracking Transparency. Before any tracking that uses your device's advertising identifier, Stakko presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, we and our ad partners do not use the IDFA to track you across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Diagnostic and usage information. We may collect limited, aggregated, non-identifying information about how the App is used (for example, which modes are played) to fix bugs and improve the game. This information is not used to identify you.
We use the information above to operate and improve Stakko, to provide and unlock Stakko+ features, to display and measure advertising for free users, to maintain leaderboards and streaks, and to diagnose and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only:
with Apple, to process subscriptions, provide iCloud sync, and run Game Center;
with Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and its advertising partners, to serve and measure ads to free users; and
if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Our advertising is delivered through Unity LevelPlay. Depending on availability, mediated ad networks may include providers such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, and others. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy.

Stakko is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Advertising identifier: Decline the tracking prompt, or reset/limit your advertising identifier in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Local data: You can remove all game data stored on your device by deleting the App. iCloud data can be managed or removed in your device's iCloud settings.
Subscriptions: Manage or cancel Stakko+ any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Game data is retained on your device and in your iCloud account until you delete it. We use reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of Stakko after an update means you accept the revised policy.
