These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of PepSona, a mobile application operated by Lukos Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using PepSona, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use PepSona.

PepSona generates motivational, humorous, character-inspired, and personalized messages based on user-selected moods, personas, characters, prompts, and preferences.
PepSona is intended for general motivation, entertainment, reflection, and personal encouragement.
PepSona does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Generated messages are not a substitute for professional support.
If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, or safety emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
You are responsible for any text, prompts, situations, moods, custom personas, or other content you enter into PepSona.
You agree not to use PepSona to create, request, or share content that is:
Hateful, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory
Sexually explicit or exploitative
Violent, threatening, or encouraging harm
Self-harm, suicide, or eating-disorder instructional content
Illegal or intended to help commit wrongdoing
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Misleading, deceptive, or impersonating another person
We may block, filter, refuse, or limit content that violates these Terms or our safety rules.
PepSona uses AI systems to generate messages. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unexpected, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use or share generated content.
PepSona may create style-inspired or character-inspired messages, but generated content should not be treated as actual quotes, endorsements, or statements from real people, celebrities, fictional characters, brands, or rights holders.
PepSona may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, credit packs, and character pack purchases through Apple’s App Store.

Bonus credit packs
Character packs
Unlock all character packs
Prices, durations, features, and availability are shown in the app and may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal is charged to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
PepSona may use included message allowances, bonus credits, or similar digital balances. Credits and digital items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Credit availability, limits, expiration rules, and feature access may vary by plan, product, or app version.
Character packs unlock access to additional PepSona character/persona options inside the app. Pro+ may include access to all current character packs, depending on the offer shown in the app.
We may add, remove, rename, adjust, or update characters, packs, features, or descriptions over time.
PepSona uses Apple and RevenueCat purchase validation to determine access to paid features. If you change devices or reinstall the app, you may need to use Restore Purchases.
Restore Purchases may restore eligible subscriptions and purchases, but it may not restore locally saved messages, custom personas, settings, or other data stored only on your device.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the app
Attempt to bypass subscription, credit, safety, or access limits
Use the app to generate abusive, unsafe, illegal, or infringing content
Overload, disrupt, or attack our services
Use PepSona in violation of applicable law
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PepSona at any time. Features, pricing, characters, subscriptions, credits, and availability may change.
We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, lost data, or unavailable services caused by technical issues, third-party services, network problems, or other events outside our control.
PepSona, including its app design, branding, interface, original text, graphics, features, and related materials, is owned by Lukos Apps LLC or its licensors.
You may use PepSona only as allowed by these Terms.
PepSona may allow you to export or share generated message cards. You are responsible for what you share and where you share it. Do not use exported content in a way that violates these Terms, another person’s rights, or applicable law.
PepSona is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that PepSona will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lukos Apps LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of PepSona.
We may suspend or limit access to PepSona if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, or created risk for other users, the app, or third-party services.
Your use of PepSona may also be subject to Apple’s App Store terms, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, and Apple’s purchase and subscription rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of PepSona after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
