PepSona is operated by Lukos Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how PepSona collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.

PepSona may collect or process the following information:
You may enter mood, situation, prompt, persona, or character-related text to generate motivational messages. This information is used to create your requested PepSona message.
PepSona may store generated messages, saved messages, favorites, widget selections, custom personas, reminder settings, and app preferences locally on your device. Some information may also be stored through Apple services or app group storage so widgets and app features can work properly.
PepSona uses Apple App Store in-app purchases and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, credit packs, and character pack purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Purchase processing is handled by Apple.
We may receive limited technical information needed to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the app, such as app version, subscription status, product entitlement status, and error or diagnostic information.
We use information to:
Generate PepSona messages requested by you
Save and display your generated or favorited messages
Manage subscriptions, credit packs, and character pack access
Support widgets, reminders, and scheduled check-ins
Improve app reliability, safety, and user experience
Prevent abuse, enforce content safety rules, and troubleshoot errors
Respond to support requests
PepSona uses third-party AI service providers through a secure backend/proxy to generate messages. When you request a message, your selected mood, persona, character, and optional prompt or situation may be sent to our backend and/or AI service providers to create the response.
Do not enter sensitive personal information, confidential information, medical information, financial information, passwords, or anything you do not want processed by AI services.
PepSona offers auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to help validate purchases and manage entitlement access.
We do not control Apple’s payment processing and do not receive your full payment method details.
PepSona stores certain app data locally on your device, including saved messages, favorites, widget selections, app preferences, and reminder settings.
Deleting the app may remove locally stored data. Restoring purchases may restore eligible subscriptions and purchases, but it may not restore local saved messages or preferences.
If you allow notifications, PepSona may send reminders, scheduled check-ins, saved message resurfacing notifications, streak reminders, or related app notifications. You can control notification permissions in your device settings.
PepSona allows you to copy, export, or share generated message cards. Any information you choose to share outside the app is controlled by you and may be handled by the apps or services you share it with.
PepSona is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through PepSona, contact us at pepsona@lukosappsllc.com.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
PepSona may use third-party services to operate core features, including:
Apple App Store and StoreKit for purchases
RevenueCat for subscription and purchase management
AI service providers for message generation
Backend/proxy hosting services for secure API communication
These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies.
You can:
Choose not to enter optional prompt or situation text
Delete saved content within the app when available
Disable notifications in device settings
Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account settings
