Lucas Middle School PTO

The goals of the LMS PTO are as follows:

• encourage interaction between family and school

• serve as a source of support

• work with teachers, staff, and the community at large to improve our children’s educational experience

To that end, we believe that an active PTO promotes a positive learning environment and enriches the school and the community it is a part of. Studies have shown that when parents are actively engaged in their children's school, students behave and perform better in the classroom.
