An instrument usage fee is a small fee that helps cover the cost of students using a school-owned instrument. It goes toward things like maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and keeping the instrument in good condition for all students.
The instrument usage fee applies to students who borrow a school-owned instrument for the year. This typically includes students who do not already own an instrument or whose families may find music store rental or purchase costs difficult to afford. It ensures those students can still fully participate in orchestra by providing them with a school instrument for both classroom use and, when available, home practice.

Instrument Usage Fee is $60 for the entire year for all students.
Unfortunately, we do not do online payments. 😔
However, when class fees are do, include the $60 in your payment. All checks can be written out to "HBMS Orchestra".
