Private Lesson Staff

Private lessons offer students an opportunity to have weekly one-on-one training with an expert in their instrument. Unlike class instruction, the learning will be completely focused on one student, thus affording the ability for more indiviual asessment and feedback. While not required, private lessons are heavily encouraged for students of all levels. Lessons should be scheduled directly with the private teacher, and can be scheduled during school hours if the teacher is approved for in-school lessons through LTISD. Lesson rates are determined at the discretion of the private lesson teacher, but will typically cost around $30-40 for a 30 minute lesson. Payment should be coordinated between the parent and private teacher. If you are interested in starting private lessons, please see the list below for teachers.
