Commitment Process

Commitment Process:

• Students will be placed on the commitment process for behavior issues. These can include the following: classroom disruption, not being prepared for class, disrespect, horseplay, etc.

  • Step 1: conference with teacher, no parent contact.

  • Step 2: conference with teacher, before-school teacher assigned detention.

  • Step 3: conference with teacher, parent contact.

  • Step 4: conference with teacher, office referral with school discipline assignment.
