Based on research, homework will consist of follow-up work based on daily work results and the need for review, fact practice, spelling words and reading. You should not spend any longer than 30 minutes per night on homework (unless for a special project).
We would like for you to spend time doing things we feel attribute to student success:
Eat together as a family
Talk to your child about their day
Read for pleasure
Develop fluency with math facts you have already learned
Play outside or do something active
Go to bed early
