Knowledge Management is the process through which organizations generate value from their intellectual capital and knowledge-based assets.
The value is obtained by finding what employees, management and stakeholders/partners know, and sharing information with them in order to find the best practices.
The LRTA (KM) Portal is a platform that seeks to integrate sharing, learning, collaboration and innovation. The Portal also seeks to make employees more knowledgeable in their field of expertise through sharing of knowledge and information and ensure that best practices become standard operating procedures.
