Welcome to Stephens

Greetings! I am Marthelle Hadley, serving as the Community Site Coordinator at Stephens Elementary since October 19, 2020, when Community Site Schools were introduced within the Little Rock School District. My mission has always been to enhance our community by providing essential resources that empower families to achieve their full potential.

In my role as the Community School Site Coordinator, I work tirelessly to assist families in overcoming obstacles to academic success. I accomplish this through integrated student support, the expansion of learning opportunities, active engagement with families and the community, and collaborative leadership practices that empower all stakeholders.

I wholeheartedly share Stephens Elementary's vision of being a positive and active member of our collaborative team. We embrace a growth mindset and encourage our community to join us in this pursuit. Our ultimate aim is to transform Stephens Elementary into a superior school with strong community support.
