The Lake Cargelligo Management Team is responsible for the daily operations of the facilities and reports to the L+R Group General Manager. All daily operational items should be reported and communicated through the management team.

The facility was renovated in 2021 with the old entrance areas and changerooms knocked down. A modern building was built closer to the pools, solar power and solar heating also installed.
