Any swimming activities outside of our normal programs.

The Cowra Management Team oversees and is responsible for the daily operations of the facilities and reports to the L+R Group General Manager. All daily operational items should be reported and communicated through this team.

Commercial operations, such as private learn to swim teachers or scuba diving are also required to provide the manager the following:

PROCESS SUMMARY
Schools - just need a booking form completed , if they are doing anything outside the box eg using a inflatable they will need to provide a risk assessment
LocalClubs/Organisation - they are managed on CANYOU, they should complete a booking form as it has all the required links, then we set them up in CANYOU select the club user group position and the required documents will attach
Private Hire ( commercial activity) - again complete a booking form then setup in CANYOU, there is a private hire position that will attach the required documents
