Next Steps

Our next steps with the program consist of the following:

2020-2021 School Year

• Because of the success we have seen with the staff, we would like to implement a PBL residency for our students.

• We would also like to develop a training program for our parents in order for them to support their child with the PBL process at home.

• We need to encourage similar camaraderie within subsequent new staff cohorts.

• Develop ways to effectively implement critical friends with all staff (throughout the year).

• Determine a plan on how to implement residency when we have less new hires.
