International Day of Peace

Observed annually on September 21, the International Day of Peace is a United Nations-sanctioned holiday. Also known as World Peace Day, it's an opportunity for students to join in a global commitment to peace that transcends differences. Students can do their part to contribute to a culture of peace and lead the way to a more equitable society.
