The full project cost is $16 million. As the project has progressed, careful planning, refinements to the project and cost-saving measures have reduced the amount needed to meet the 70% financial threshold required to begin construction. While the Magnify campaign goal remains $16 million to fully fund the project, the construction threshold has been reduced from the originally projected $11.2 million to $10.4 million.

By God's grace and through the generosity of so many, we are now able to move forward into construction.

There is still $5.6 million to raise to bring the Magnify Music Center to completion. Additional gifts will help reduce the amount that must be financed, allowing more resources to support the mission of Luther Prep in the years ahead.
