Register for the LPS Stride

Join Powell and the LPS community on Sunday, Oct. 25th for this great annual event! Whether you are a serious runner, a casual stroller or like to watch the action from the sideline, The Stride is for you. The morning event includes a Kids Fun Run and 5k, with contests for participation and school spirit! Prize money will be awarded to the winning school.

Library, Copy Center & STEM Volunteers Needed

We are looking for parent volunteers to help out during the week. Please select any shifts that work with your schedule!

STEM Classroom: preparing materials for projects - counting quantities of supplies and organizing kits of material, and making photo copies of handouts, tests, study guides.
Library/Media Center: help with tasks such as shelving books, organizing shelves, laminating, etc.
Copy Center: make copies for teachers/staff in the copy center.

Kickball mania is coming back to Powell

The 10th annual Kickin’ It Old School - Community Kickball Tournament will be held on campus on Thursday, September 17 from 3:40-6:15pm. There will be food trucks in the bus loop (Devil Dog Grill & The Snowy Churro), a kickball tournament on the fields, and lawn games on the basketball courts. Parents are encouraged to come watch and cheer on their kids!
