LPS SACC Information letter     

              Welcome to the Ford FoxStars School Aged Child Care (SACC) Program!!                          We are so happy you are thinking of joining us.  Please check the link below and follow the instructions for new family registration (if you are new to SACC) or current family (if you have registered in an LPS SACC program before) if you would like to register with the Ford FoxStar SACC Program!

    Once your registration has been received you will receive an email stating you can sign into your account to begin registering for care. Please look for this notification to come from a Do Not Reply email.

LPS District SACC Parent Handbook

**NOTE**  There will be two boxes to check on each day that we are open for care.  One is for morning care and the other is for afternoon care.  Please choose these boxes carefully.  Once a box has been checked and you go to the cart/check-out for payment you cannot change your calendar.  If you accidently mark the wrong box and notice right away, please email Steph ASAP so that adjustments can be made or else there might be complete confusion for everyone when that day comes around!!  If mistakes are not caught at the time of registering for that particular calendar, there will be no way to change them later on.  All purchased dates are on a first come, first served basis and are non exchangeable and non refundable.

On days that we offer full day care (Non-Student Days, Parent teacher Conferences, Summer, etc) you will only see one box to check, which means we will be open at 6:30 a.m. and we will close at 6:00 p.m.. A full day of care is the only choice for that day and a.m. or p.m. payment options are not offered.

**Note**  If you ever see a date that does not have a box to check, it can mean a few different things.  It can mean that we are at capacity for that day and we cannot accept any more kiddos -or- you missed the cut off deadline -or- we are closed for that day (possibly a holiday?).  Again, please reach out if this ever happens and we will do our best to help get coverage for you if at all possible!
