Welcome to First Grade!  My name is Holly McNicholas and I am so excited to be your child's first grade teacher!  I am a Colorado native who loves reading, yoga, and spending time with my family.  I have twin girls in 8th grade, a wonderful husband, and two hilarious dogs named Linus and Rosie, who keep us all on our toes!

I graduated from D.U. and received my Master’s Degree with an emphasis in literacy.  It is my fifteenth year teaching, and my sixth year in LPS.  I am thrilled to be a part of the supportive and thoughtful Wilder community.  My intention for our class is to create a caring environment that promotes a positive exchange of ideas and empowers children to learn!
