Becky Hodous

 I was born and raised in Kansas.  I started my teaching career at my high school and the university (Washburn University) where I graduated from.  I moved to Colorado in 1990 and taught one year in Brighton and the 26 years at Highlands Ranch HS.  I have taught every type of math from 8th grade Algebra through Pre-Calculus in high school.  

I also have coached softball, volleyball, basketball, and was a state track official.  I also have a counseling license.  I love working with students of all ages and helping them understand concepts in mathematics. 

Personally, I have 3 grown children that are all natives of Colorado and graduates of LPS (Heritage HS).  I have 3 dogs that keep me busy.  I am a sports nut and my teams I root for are the AVS, Nuggets, KC Chiefs and the KU Jayhawks.  I love to play tennis, do puzzles and go outdoors.
