WHAT YOU NEED AT EACH PRACTICE

Helmet – absolutely no riding without one! It is highly encouraged to have an up-to-date helmet with a good fit. Feel free to reach out with questions about our favorites and/or recommendations.
Eye Protection - not required by highly recommended. Something with a shatterproof polycarbonate lense.
Hydration Pack/Water Bottle

Gloves – not required by highly recommended
Biking shorts—riders who ride for extended amounts of time will find that biking chamois shorts are padded, fit comfortably, and prevent unnecessary pain
Bike - we do not expect you to go out and purchase the latest and greatest carbon bike. However, you will want a bike that fits, is comfortable, durable, and is in good working condition! At the very least, front suspension is necessary for the terrain we ride.
