2023/24 School Year SACC Registration is in process.  

After families complete the required school registration or Annual Family Check-In process in Infinite Campus Parent Portal they can register for SACC. Incoming kindergarten families that previously attended an LPS Preschool please note: You need to create a new SchoolCare Works account to register for a SACC program.

Registration for all SACC Before and After School and Summer Programs is on a first come first served basis. There are times when individual school SACC programs reach capacity and are not able to accept more students. Families may contact their school’s SACC Manager if they have questions about registering or to inquire about space available.

Registration and payment are required in advance of attendance in School Age Child Care (SACC) and there are no refunds for days not attended.

LPS SACC PROGRAM FEE SCHEDULE BEGINNING SUMMER 2020

• Before/After School Enrollment Fee $50.00 per child 

• Before School Child Care (opens at 6:30 a.m.) $8.00

• After School Child Care (after school till 6:00 p.m.) $21.00

• Early Release* (end of school until 6:00p.m.) $21.00

  • There are 2 Early Release days.  The first day of school and the last day of school.

• Non-student day (6:30 - 6:00 p.m.) $51.00

• Summer Enrollment Fee - $50.00 per child

• Summer (6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) - $51.00

Fees are subject to increase based on the requirement that SACC programs must be self supporting. 

Families sometimes inquire about assistance for School Age Child Care. As noted above, there are no state or district funds to support SACC fees. LPS SACC programs do accept Child Care Assistance Program or CCAP. CCAP helps eligible families with the cost of childcare for children from birth to age 12. CCAP is not overseen by LPS.
