Arapahoe High School PTO

WELCOME FROM YOUR ARAPAHOE PTO!

On behalf of the AHS PTO I would like to welcome you to the 2025-2026 school year. We are excited to be able to continue to be present in the schools to support our faculty, staff and students.  We love that we get to treat the faculty and staff with little appreciations all throughout the year. To kick off the year we have already provided treats, tools and encouragement and we look forward to several opportunities to come.

PTO MISSION – The Arapahoe PTO’s mission is to serve as a liaison between parents, faculty and the administration, as well as support the school’s mission, programs and activities.  We support activities that benefit our staff and students and are committed to building on the amazing work of previous PTO volunteers. 

PTO MEETINGS – Our PTO meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month, at 8:30AM in the main office conference room. This is a great opportunity to connect with other parents and the Arapahoe staff, as well as keep abreast of events and activities. PTO VOLUNTEERISM – We have one-time, repeating and board volunteer opportunities to volunteer.  We can get you involved at whatever level you are able to give. If you would like to volunteer, please join our monthly PTO meetings, watch for signups during the year or email arapahoeptovips.lps@gmail.com.

NEW FAMILIES – We would like to welcome all New Families to Arapahoe and help you transition to the school.  If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Stacy Silberman at arapahoenewfam.lps@gmail.com for more information.

PTO DONATIONS – We would like to thank everyone who generously donated to the Arapahoe PTO and/or After Prom during Registration.  PTO funds directly benefit the teachers and students of Arapahoe in many ways:

• Teacher grants for training and classroom materials 

• Art Attack

• Post Graduate Center support

• Tribal events and student exchanges

• Staff hospitality events
