The Customer is Always Right

Format & Runtime:
A feature-length film recorded entirely in VR using motion capture technology. The project runs approximately 90 minutes.

Project Overview:
The story follows the new General Manager of a local BoxMart, who must confront the notorious Karen Organization of America. Through humor and high-stakes conflict, the film explores irrational confrontations and the chaos of retail bureaucracy.

Main Characters:

• Jake: The anxious GM navigating daily challenges and unexpected chaos.
  
  

• Jonas: The secret weapon who witnessed the original “Karens” and brings strategy to the conflict.
  
  

• Karen Hindenburg: Head of the K.O.A., harboring a personal vendetta against BoxMart, driven by extreme irrationality.
  
  

Development Status:
Currently in the script rewriting phase, refining story beats, dialogue, and pacing for VR and motion capture execution.

Intended Audience / Rating:
Targeted for a broad audience; currently rated R, with plans to adjust content to achieve PG-13 accessibility while maintaining comedic and narrative impact.
