Instructional Coach

I look forward to collaborating with teachers, helping them review standards, plan lessons, write assessments, analyze data, model researched-based strategies in all content areas, as well as coach them in areas of their choice and need.

As a coach, my intent is to improve teaching practices, enhance relationships with colleagues, and to increase professional communication about teaching practices. My goal is to create an environment where trust develops and an absence of threat and evaluating exists.
