Dewar Deployment Club

The Dewar Deployment Breakfast Club was started at Dewar in the fall of 2019.  This is a montly event held during breakfast at Dewar Elementary for students who currently have a parent or guardian who is deployed, TDY's often, is on a remote tour, or whose family will PCS. 

During the breakfast we have mentors from Moody AFB visit and provide support, help with crafts, and bring some laughter to the club.  We have been very honored that the 'Top 3' at Moody has adopted our club and supported it since 2019. 

Our generous local businesses help support the club by providing breakfast, funds for crafts, and offering discounts so we may continue to offer the breakfast to our ever growing military student population. 

Tabs on the map show where each student believes their parent to be located. This map is in the cafeteria for all of Dewar's students to see.
