Cultural Engagement

The Cultural Engagement Group asked how cultural programs impact youth participant's cultural awareness. They created pre and post surveys to measure cultural awareness and used them to analyze the impact of hand games and beading activities they conducted with Lower Brule youth. They found that these activities positively impacted youth cultural awareness of self.
