Payment Options

I believe quality therapy should be accessible and sustainable. To accommodate different financial needs, I offer a few flexible payment paths:

• Using Insurance (via Headway): Using your insurance can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs—most of my clients pay only a small copay or coinsurance per session. I partner with Headway to manage all benefits verification, claims processing, and billing directly, making the process completely hassle-free for you.

• Self-Pay Rates: If you prefer not to use insurance, are out-of-network, or don't have coverage, my standard self-pay rates are:

$150 Individual session [55 minutes]

$200 Partner or family sessions [55 minutes]

• Sliding Scale Options: To help make care accessible, I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee, sliding-scale slots in my practice based on financial need.

If you have questions about your coverage or would like to apply for a sliding-scale rate, please don't hesitate to reach out. We can discuss the best option for you during your consultation.

To keep our focus entirely on your care, I partner with Headway to manage the administrative side of my practice.

Here is what that means for you:

• Seamless Insurance & Billing: Headway manages all insurance verification, claim submission, and billing. You'll get clear, up-front details about your co-pay or deductible responsibility before our sessions, so there are no surprises.

• Easy Scheduling: You can view my real-time availability and book, reschedule, or cancel appointments through Headway’s user-friendly portal.

• Secure Record Keeping: Your personal information, intake forms, and billing history are stored securely in a HIPAA-compliant portal to ensure your privacy is completely protected.

Before our first session, you will receive an email invitation from Headway to set up your account, add your insurance details, and complete your initial paperwork.
