The VISION of the BFHS football program is to make sure that we will be respected as one of the very best football programs in the state through our character, hard work and toughness.  We will outwork yesterday, to maintain our environment of excellence, victory, and TRADITION!  

Our MISSION, BE on TIME, BEST EFFORT, nothing but ENTHUSIASM.  Our program will give young men the opportunity to develop valuable human skills necessary for success in life as we pursue academic and athletic excellence through participation in Falcon football!

I WILL BELIEVE IN A TRUST MINDSET

This will determine how well you will do things on and off the field.  A positive attitude is the key to attaining a superior attitude.  Attitude comes from confidence and we coaches will help to provide confidence.  The only FAIR thing in life is your decision to choose to have a positive attitude or a negative attitude.  Help others to inspire the people around you to achieve the impossible
