Lifting & Conditioning

Future Falcon Spring Lifting begins in early March! Registered incoming freshmen will receive a letter in the mail with full details. These workouts are optional but strongly encouraged for those not participating in a spring sport. This 10-week, coed acclimation program is led by our Strength & Conditioning Director, Coach Hartman. It is designed to safely introduce you to Fenwick’s training culture while building confidence, strength, and Falcon pride. 

Varsity Football, you will lift with your in-season team first.  If your team is NOT lifting, football lifting doors are ALWAYS OPEN!
