Could you help your community in an emergency?

Flooding, extreme weather, utility outages and major incidents can all disrupt our neighbourhoods. The Urban Exe Resilience Network is a new community initiative for St Thomas, Exwick, Alphington and St Davids. It aims to bring local people, community groups and organisations together so we can be better prepared — and better able to support one another when things go wrong.

Love St Thomas CIC are organising a first public meeting on Friday 16 October, 6–8pm at St Thomas Church Hall EX2 9BQ w3w ///timing.slices.locker

Come along to hear more about the idea, meet others who are interested and, most importantly, help shape what the network becomes. Love St Thomas CIC will host the meeting, with a speaker from Devon Communities Together.

No special experience is needed — just an interest in helping your community become better prepared.
