Welcome to the Governance, Risk & Finance (GRF) Committee page. The committee plays a vital role in ensuring the theatres sustainability, accountability, and strategic alignment with our vision and goals. This committee oversees critical areas that affect how the theatre operates, manages risks, and maintains financial integrity, providing a strong foundation for all of our work. The committee reports to and is accountable to the Board of Directors/Trustees.
The GRF Committee’s main responsibilities include:
Governance: Establishing and upholding policies that guide the theatre’s decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to protect the theatre, staff, volunteers, and patrons.
Financial Oversight: Monitoring the theatre’s finances, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure financial stability and responsible stewardship of resources.
The GRF Committee is committed to transparency and best practices, supporting our theatre in making informed, high-quality decisions that benefit everyone involved.
