Comprised of individuals with diverse expertise and a deep commitment to the arts, the Board sets the theatre’s long-term vision and ensures that our values are at the heart of everything we do.

Key responsibilities of the Board of Directors include:

• Setting Strategic Direction: Defining the theatre’s vision, mission, and objectives, and guiding the organisation toward sustainable growth and community impact.

• Oversight and Accountability: Ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance, and sound financial management across all areas of theatre operations.

• Supporting Leadership and Committees: Working closely with the theatre manager and committees to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The Board is dedicated to building a thriving theatre that enriches our community and provides rewarding experiences for audiences, staff, and volunteers alike.
