Steve's Bower

OK, this is my first entry in my Bower. Not very dazzling, but it's a start.

And this is my second entry, having exited and gone back in. One step at a time.

Been off for a while, so needed about 15 minutes to work out how to get back on Bower. A good test of my Growth Mindset, but here I am again.

Getting ready for the new academic year. Focus on good starts and ways to encourage learners to take more responsibility for their learning.

Interesting to think how our work in colleges can help learners develop skills these jobs require. At the moment there are at least 7 which I know nothing at all about.
