At Play

I was fortunate to be raised in a family where outdoor pursuits were a regular passtime. Taking a spin on my paddleboard or chasing trophy fish with my fly rod are my forms of meditation. I’m currently preparing to become a certified fly casting instructor to pass on that joy to others. 

I believe you do well by doing good. Sustainability and ESG investing are passions of mine. In Maine, I’m working with local stakeholders to preserve forest land for carbon credit generation and to build an educational and ecotourism center focused on local and sustainable solutions to job creation while addressing climate change. 

Improving my voice delivery and playing the bass are my artistic pursuits. Both offer a persistent challenge to me - there’s always more to learn and ways to improve. I particularly enjoy exploring different accents and softer tones in my voice work for elearning and narrative presentations. 

In and out of the office, learning about and applying technology has been a never-ending source of fascination. Whether it’s video and audio editing, teaching my son to live stream, or flying drones to get a look at a forest, technology skill sets offer unlimited creative possibilities.
