SCHEDULE CHANGES 

Please complete the Google Form to request an appointment with your counselor. Please do not come to the school counselors' office without a call slip from your counselor.

SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE BY FRI, AUG 28 unless special circumstances approved by an administrator. Please complete the Google Form with your request before Aug 28. Changes can only occur for the following reasons:

• You were scheduled into a class you already passed

• You were scheduled into the wrong core class

• You are missing a class or have two classes in the same time

• You and/or your teacher are requesting a level change, such as from core to honors

• Core classes CANNOT be changed, except for previous reason or administrator approval

• You do not want the ELECTIVE class on your schedule, except the elective MUST be replaced with another course during the same period 

• Changes will NOT be made for lunch, specific class times, or to have certain teachers
