Students will stay in suite dorms with four students per bedroom and two bathrooms. Each suite has a common area with couches, kitchenette, microwave, full-size fridge.
Breakfast each morning will be cereal, bagels, yogurt etc. Lunch and dinner will be catered each day by local restaurants.
There is no group flight for this program and depending on where you are located, you may be planning to drive to the program location. You are welcome to do so, and free parking is available. You will be subject to the same rules as the rest of the group during the program and will not be able to leave the program to drive to other locations during the program week.
Your program begins on a Sunday and ends on a Saturday. Our first group event will be a welcome dinner and orientation at approximately 6pm. This is the first meal provided with the program. You are welcome to arrive earlier in the day and will be able to check in to program housing as early as 12pm. There is a swimming pool available for your use. It is okay if you arrive after 6pm, but please note that you will miss dinner if you do.
The only items you are required to bring are those on the “required” lists. General required items (like your passport) are found on the ALL PROGRAMS packing list above. Program specific required items are found below under the REQUIRED section. For the rest of the items, you are welcome to use your discretion. There may be items missing from this list that you’d like to bring, and there may be items on this list that you don’t want to bring. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!

Housing has a kitchenette, so you will have use of fridge space for snacks and other food. The housing also has a swimming pool.

Laundry: Laundry is not provided by Loop Abroad. You should not need to wash clothes during the two weeks. If you need to students will be responsible for the cost and laundry detergent.
