  • PBIS T1 Team is comprised of: Principal, Certificated Staff (3 teachers- 1 primary, 1 intermediate, 1 middle school), Classified Staff (1 Instructional Aide), School Psychologist, School Counselor, Parent

  • The PBIS Tier 1 team uses the Placer Elementary PBIS Google Site as a vehicle to orient staff to PBIS implementation at Placer.
• Classroom Procedures (TFI 1.8)
  • All classrooms have school wide expectations posted and referenced in the classrooms and utilize school wide reinforcement of positive behaviors.
• Feedback and Acknowledgement (TFI 1.9)
  • Behavior feedback is linked to school-wide expectations and Gold Nuggets as a reinforcement ticket are incorporated into daily classroom management systems.
• Faculty Involvement (TFI 1.10)
  • SWIS data is shared with Placer Certificated data at site Staff Meetings and with Placer Classified data at monthly classified meetings.
• Student/Family/ Community Involvement (TFI 1.11)
• Discipline Data (TFI 1.12)
  • The PBIS T1 team regularly reviews data from SWIS to analyze trends in student behavior.
• Data-based Decision Making (TFI 1.13)
  • The PBIS T1 team reviews discipline data within academic conference processes when identifying students with behavioral and academic concerns.
• Fidelity Data (TFI 1.14)
  • The Placer PBIS team completes the TFI on an annual basis.
• Annual Evaluation (TFI 1.15)
  • The PBIS team uses the PBIS website to share fidelity and effectiveness outcomes.
