Behavior Management

If a student engages in a Level 3- "Major Violation", they are sent to the office with an Office Discipline Referral (ODR).

The referral provides information to the School Principal regarding the behavior that led to the student's trip to the school office.

Once in the school office, the student completes an "incident report" which allows the student to provide their perspective of the behavior.

The Principal reviews the Office Discipline Referral and the student's Incident Report when considering the appropriate discipline for the behavioral violation.

The behavior is recorded in the SWIS behavioral data system for further analysis of the various behaviors occurring on the school campus.
