History

The HCP Papa Bear Program was started in 2022 by dads who envisioned creating more than another volunteer program. The ultimate goal is to create a community of men who are actively seeking deeper involvement in their children's lives. The Papa Bear Program strives to create a place where dads can bring their knowledge, skills, compassion and care for kids. We know that when dads get involved everything is better from behavior to academics. The Papa Bear Program is fully supported by site and district administration.
