These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Snaper Diner, including the free game, its updates, and any optional digital content purchased in the game. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Snaper Diner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Snaper Diner is published under the GreenstoneGames developer name by Long View Labs. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the Snaper Diner operator.

Snaper Diner is an entertainment game about running a busy diner. Depending on the release and mode, the game may include:
tutorials and introductory guidance;
preparing, matching, and serving food or orders;
timed rounds, customer reactions, and score-based play;
local face-to-face play and modes designed for people sharing a device or playing together;
house rules, rush-hour or other challenge modes;
fictional customers, characters, stories, sound, music, and visual artwork; and
optional digital game content such as additional characters, features, modes, VIP-style content, or enhancements.
Snaper Diner is not a food-ordering service, a real-world diner, a messaging service, a financial product, or real-money gambling. Scores, points, virtual items, unlocks, and other in-game content have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You must be legally permitted to use the game where you live. If you are under the age of majority, use Snaper Diner only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
You are responsible for the device, operating system, internet connection, app-store account, and any applicable network or data charges needed to download or use the game. The core game may be played without creating an account, but platform stores may require their own account for installation or purchases.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the device and for approving any in-app purchase. Apple and Google provide their own parental controls and purchase controls.
Subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Snaper Diner for your own lawful, non-commercial entertainment on a device that you own or control.
You may not:
copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the game or its content;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the game, except to the extent the law expressly permits;
remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices;
use cheats, bots, exploits, automation, unauthorised tools, or modified versions to affect gameplay or purchases;
interfere with the game, its security, store billing, or another user’s experience;
extract, reuse, or redistribute artwork, audio, code, characters, levels, or other game assets; or
use the game in a way that violates law, the rights of another person, or these Terms.
Snaper Diner is free to download and includes free gameplay. We may offer optional digital game content through in-app purchases. The exact offers, names, features, and prices are shown in the in-game purchase screen and the Apple App Store or Google Play billing interface at the time of purchase.
All optional Snaper Diner purchases are intended to be one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions, do not automatically renew, and do not create a recurring charge. A store may nevertheless show its own transaction, tax, currency, family-sharing, or account information according to its rules.
Optional purchases may include, for example, access to additional game content, characters, challenge or rush-hour modes, VIP-style features, enhancements, or a tip-jar style support purchase. An example is not an offer or promise that a particular product will be available in every release, country, platform, or store.
Before completing a purchase, check the product description and price presented by the store. Prices may differ by country, currency, tax, exchange rate, device platform, or promotional offer. We may change or withdraw an offer, but changes do not affect a purchase already completed except where required by law.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
The store’s billing terms, payment method, purchase confirmation, and refund rules apply to the transaction. For help with a charge or a refund, use the support or refund process of the store that processed the purchase. We may be unable to refund a transaction ourselves because we do not control the store’s payment system.
After a successful store transaction, the game may receive a store confirmation or entitlement signal and make the purchased digital content available. Delivery can depend on the device, platform, store account, app version, and network connection. If content does not appear after a completed purchase, restart the game, use the store’s restore or purchase-recovery function if available, and contact admin@longviewlabs.co.nz with the store receipt or order reference. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords.
A purchase is licensed for use in Snaper Diner and has no cash value. Digital content may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money. Availability and restoration can be subject to the store account and platform rules.
We may release patches, updates, balance changes, new content, or security changes. Some updates may be required for continued use. We may change, suspend, or discontinue part of the game where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, platform, business, or design reasons.
We do not promise that every feature, mode, character, purchase, device, operating-system version, or language will remain available forever. We will not remove a paid entitlement except as allowed by applicable law or the store’s terms, and we will use reasonable efforts to preserve access to content that has been purchased where the platform supports it.
The game may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, a device or operating-system problem, a store outage, network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Snaper Diner, including its name, branding, code, interface, artwork, characters, customers, food designs, animation, audio, music, text, levels, features, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Long View Labs / GreenstoneGames and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you a license to use the game; they do not transfer ownership of the game or its content to you. “Snaper Diner”, “GreenstoneGames”, and related marks may not be used without permission.
If you send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow us to use it to operate, improve, and promote the game without payment or confidentiality obligations, to the extent permitted by law. This does not give us ownership of your unrelated personal information or content.
When contacting support, provide only the information needed to help with the issue. We may ask for a receipt or order reference to investigate a purchase. Our handling of personal information is described in the Snaper Diner Privacy Policy.
Apple, Google, device manufacturers, operating-system providers, and network operators provide services that may be needed to install, update, authenticate, or purchase through the game. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of a third-party store or platform.

If a third-party service has terms that apply specifically to its service, those terms govern that service. These Terms govern your use of Snaper Diner to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory platform terms or applicable law.

The Privacy Policy is available at the public link above. Use that public URL in the released app and store listings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snaper Diner is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available in every location, or that every defect will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified in your country.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the game.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may suspend or terminate access to the game or a feature if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the game, interfere with security or billing, or where suspension is necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
If access ends, the license in section 4 ends. Terms that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property, payment, disclaimers, liability, and governing-law provisions, continue to apply.
Unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of New Zealand, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
We may update these Terms when the game, purchase model, platform requirements, or law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. If a material change requires notice, we will provide notice by reasonable means. Continuing to use Snaper Diner after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
