Books from the Williams Library are unavailable for check-out due to access to the building being extremely limited at this time. If this should change in the future, you will be notified through this webpage and your ELA Google Classroom.

Please take advantage of the Library's eResources available on this website, and those from Storrs and Boston Public Library (see below).

Storrs Library

Patrons with active library cards are able to access eResources through the Library website. If a patron's card is expired, they are welcome to call the library Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and a staff member can update their status. If a patron's account is blocked due to fines, the patron can pay online to reactivate (at this time, they can not come to the library and pay in person). We understand that not all students, staff and community members have Storrs Library cards.

Boston Public Library eResources & eCards

A great option for those, or for active card members looking for additional resources, is to take advantage of the BPL eCard.

Residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are entitled to register for a BPL eCard and access databases, electronic resources and a variety of materials that are available from the Boston Public Library (BPL). To register for a BPL eCard, applicants must meet any of the following criteria:

For additional information about registering for a BPL eCard, please consult Boston Public Library’s eCard FAQ on their website. Boston Public Library makes available its resources to the Commonwealth as part of its status as the Library of the Commonwealth. The Library for the Commonwealth is a state funded program by BPL which  provides services to anyone who lives or works in Massachusetts. Additional information about this program is available on BPL’s website.
