Anatomy & Physiology

Course Description from theĀ  Educational Opportunities Booklet: This is a full year course that provides students with a basic introduction into vertebrate anatomy and physiology. A & P covers the basics of human anatomy and physiology including anatomical terminology, basic biochemistry, cells and tissues, and the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic/immune, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems. Students will also be Introduced to common human disease processes. Students will benefit from having strong language and vocabulary skills.

Students should go to Google Classroom for all class communication and materials including "Meet your Teacher" (2023-2024).
