Required Courses
All students at LCHS take eight classes per year, but they only take four classes during each semester. Throughout the year, all seniors are required to take four academic courses: an English, math, science, and social studies course. Most will take only two of these academic courses per semester. For example, one senior may take English and science during the first semester, while another senior takes math and social studies during that semester. To see which academic courses you will be taking during first semester, please take a look at your schedule.
The remaining four classes for the year will be electives. To find out more information about the electives, click on the Electives page on this site.
