ESL Classes 

The Consortium practices a managed enrollment system. Students are asked to make a commitment to attend class at least 6 hours per week for a minimum of 12 weeks, although most students participate for the entire year long grant cycle. Students new to the program will be assessed prior to joining the class and entry is done at specific points in the program.
