SUMMER BLACK OUT / NO CONTACT PERIOD

The Long Branch High School Athletic Department believes that it is important that all athletes have time off to rest their bodies and minds as well as spend time with their families. Our athletic department, administration, and coaching staff agree that this break from organized high school sports is necessary to recover, refresh, and prepare for the upcoming athletic season. 

Please note that teams may choose to have organized conditioning during the remaining summer recess period.
