The GLC EmPowered Schools program empowers students by educating them about energy efficiency through project-based curriculum, saving energy in schools and building pathways to green jobs. Students benefit from hands-on, real-world lessons, as well as exposure to green careers; Schools benefit from considerable cost savings, curriculum support, cross-functional team building; Communities benefit from the partnerships established and more affordable energy; and The environment benefits from lower levels of CO2.
