Healing Options

We offer alternative practices that can be provided as separate services, overlapping services, or integrated services with the work that you are doing in traditional therapy.

These include the following services:

Somatic breathwork (intentional breathing patterns to connect the body to the mind, helps regulate the nervous system and reduces tension)

EFT Therapy (Emotional Freedom Tapping- tapping acupressure points to reduce stress, anxiety, fear, or memories)

Mudras (energy healing through finger positioning)

Reiki (energy healing with light touch or no touch to promote relaxationa and reduce stress)

Sound healing (use of sound waves to promote relaxation and neural synchroncity through sound bath with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, steel drums, etc.)

Frequency-based Signal Processing for Stress and Anxiety (connect to a device for healing)

Tuning fork healing (uses specific frequencies to promote healing and relieve stress and pain with both weighted and unweighted tuning forks)

Reflexology (manual light pressure to hands, feet and ears to enhance neural pathways and reduce stress, anxiety, pain, and fatigue; reflexology is not a massage-- it is pressure to specific points)

Kinesiology (restoration of balance and energy in the body's muscles through non-instrusive touch to reduce stress and promote healing)

Meditation (with ot without sound healing)

Crystal and Pendulum work (restoring balance and energy through crystals and/or pendulums)

Alignment of Chakras (Reduction of stress and imbalance through various tools like breathwork, sound healing, mediation, and more)

Fee structure for Alternative Experiences

Much of this work can be incorporated in traditional therapy sessions that can be billed to insurance. As part of the treatment plan, we can discuss what may or may not be included in those billing services.

For stand alone and self-pay clients, we charge the following fees:

30 minutes= $50

45 minutes= $75

60 minutes= $100 

90 minutes= $150

Sliding scale fees will be offered.

Memberships for Lone Cone Wellness:

1 member/ per month- $300 (a $400 value), non-transferable

Includes the following:

1 premium service per month (60 minute session)

4  healing services per month (30 minute session) (max of one per week)

"Punch Card" Plan

These savings cards offer a discounted rate for bulk pre-payment. These cards are transferable and can be combined for family or friend use. 

30 minutes= 1 punch; 60 minutes = 2 punches

30 minutes minimum session must be booked. 

20 Punch Card= 10 hours of services, $800 ($1000 value)

10 Punch Card= 5 hours of services, $300 ($500 value)

1 Day Pass

Intended for services rendered on the same day, per person, non-transferable, sessions may be booked non-consecutively within the same day

Includes 1 premium and 1 healing session and 2 add-on sessions. $150 ($200 value)

Partner Pass
